This Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which the information provided by users when using our application, F2D, is used and protected.
When using F2D, our Users trust us with their personal data, which is why it is essential for our company to be committed to their security.
In this way, when we need to fill in the personal information fields, we do so ensuring that it will only be used in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Considering the vertiginous changes that usually operate in terms of the regulatory framework in terms of Data Policy, we urge Users to periodically review the terms in which the currents are stipulated to ensure their continuous knowledge and acceptance of them, in by virtue of the changes that may occur, in order to improve our services. Notwithstanding this, F2D undertakes that, before the production of a significant change, it will be notified to the Users by email.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, in its role as the regulatory entity of Law 25,326, is responsible for receiving complaints and reports from data subjects who consider that their rights are affected due to infringement of the regulations about protection of local data.
F2D collects personal data in its own and direct way, from the Users who could access the use of the F2D application; granted autonomously and independently by their will and control. For the use of our application and its contents, the collection of certain precise data is necessary.
The delivery of the same by the User is not mandatory, and in doing so, their consent is presumed in this regard and in accordance with the terms hereof. The way to obtain them is done by registering or filling out previous forms. Some data may be provided through the link with Facebook (prior acceptance), and others will be requested in order to have more complete profiles of the Users. This additional data may be personal identification data; namely: Name and Surname, telephone, email, number of National Identity Document.
The User guarantees under his responsibility that the data he provides is correct, true and current; which will allow them to obtain more precise results, in terms of the companies that obtain their profiles, they will do so according to parameters that it is presumed that the Users aspire to and/or are of interest to them and/or are related to their personal characteristics. If the User does not want us to collect personal information from him, he must refrain from providing it.

Age.

Minors may not use the application without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through our application by minors under their care, including filling in the forms with the personal data of said minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this sense, and to the extent that F2D does not have the capacity to control whether or not Users are minors.
It is warned that it must be the parents and guardians who enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the F2D application and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and F2D does not admit any responsibility in this regard.

Use of Collected Information.

F2D collects data in order to provide you with a service with the expected efficiency and quality. Specifically, we inform you that F2D collects Personal Identification data such as Name and Surname, telephone number, email, National Identity Document number.
As a User, you have no obligation to provide us with individualized data, however, it is an essential and necessary requirement to contract and/or use our services provided through the F2D application. If we do not have this data, we cannot provide our services to you adequately, or our ability to do so may be significantly affected. The falsity of the data provided could cause the suspension of the services.
It is important to remember that we are highly committed to keeping your information secure. We use the most advanced systems and constantly update them to ensure that there is no unauthorized access.

Rights of Users regarding the Data Collected.

• Access or collect data: Users may request a copy of their personal data.
• Change or rectify data: it is possible to edit part of the personal data through the private profile of each User. Likewise, you can request the modification, update or correction of your data if it is not accurate.
• Reject, limit, oppose or restrict the use of data: the User has the right to request that all or part of their personal data be stopped from being used, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
• Delete data: it is possible to require F2D to delete or eliminate all or part of the Users' personal data on its own behalf.

If the User wishes to make use of any of his rights, he can contact us through our email: info@flytodoctor.com. The communication must contain in clear and accurate language about the request made by the applicant, and the direct link of said request with any of the rights listed above. In addition, the applicant must attach a photocopy of their National Identity Document (both sides) signed. F2D will provide a response within 30 days.

Data Retention Period.

The data that the User reveals to us will be kept as long as the account in our database remains active or to the extent that it is necessary to provide our services, until the User requests its deletion, as well as for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Recipients.

The data collected from Users will be transmitted to the professionals responsible for carrying out the agreed intervention as well as their dependents, assistants and/or any other professional that is required. Said professionals may analyze your personal data for the purpose of evaluating and granting the services provided by F2D.
If F2D requires sharing your personal data with third parties other than those mentioned, we will request your prior and express consent, as long as there is no legal basis, authorization or obligation that allows it to be done without such consent.

Control and Security of your Personal Information.

At any time the User can update, modify, revise, or delete the collection or use of personal information that is provided to F2D. To ensure the correct use of your data, F2D has the necessary means to safeguard and secure your information in accordance with security standards and procedures that we continually evaluate.
Despite the foregoing, the existing technical means that provide security are not impregnable and even when all reasonable security precautions are adapted, it is possible to suffer manipulation, destruction and/or loss of information. Although F2D adopts security measures and technical means to protect personal data, it cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet, therefore, any transmission is at the User's own risk. F2D uses strict procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
If any of these cases arise, F2D will proceed in accordance with current legislation on privacy and data protection.
F2D will notify the User and the applicable authority in the event of a breach of personal data security, when required by law. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure.
