When you decide to go ahead with the procedure, you will be given a date to travel to Buenos Aires. Here you will meet your healthcare professional for the procedure you need, with a prior face-to-face appointment if necessary, depending on the complexity of the procedure. You will stay in Buenos Aires until you recover and are able to return to your country of origin.
The virtual appointments must be paid online by PayPal.
Once you agree with the professional on the procedure or treatment, you will be required to make an initial payment of approximately 10% of the full amount (depending on the type of procedure) by PayPal or Payoneer.

You may pay part of the total cost in cash once you are in Argentina and have paid the initial sum, and, if applicable, the expense of specific medical supplies.
We are not able to accept wire transfers for the time being. The payment can be done through PayPal or Payoneer.
If you cannot attend to your virtual appointment, you can contact us and request us to reschedule the appointment up to 48 hours before the agreed date and time. We will not be able to make changes to the agenda less than 48 hours before the agreed date and time. In case of cancellation or no show, we will not be able to apply any kind refund to the booking.
Fly to Doctor does not provide accommodation or travel services at the moment. If you are searching for a hotel or an apartment for short-time rent, we recommend the Palermo and Recoleta areas, since they are close to the healthcare facilities where the professional will meet you.

After your procedure or treatment ends, your healthcare professional will decide on the appropriate follow-up for you, whether face-to-face in Buenos Aires or online from your country of residence.
The cost of the treatment covers the specific number of hospitalization days, medical supplies and professional fees. Any extra costs (e.g. unplanned blood transfusions) will be paid directly to the healthcare facility, not to Fly to Doctor.
Although Fly to Doctor is not involved in charging for medicines or procedures not included in the treatment or procedure you will undergo, we can help you access a price list for the most frequent additional complications.
The need for a prior online virtual appointment depends on the complexity of the procedure. For more complex surgeries, a prior virtual appointment is recommended. For tests or minor procedures, or before you undergo a procedure with a healthcare professional who has treated you before, you may want to skip this step.
The cost of your procedure or treatment is customized and is calculated in advance. There will be no extra costs for the planned procedure or treatment. Should medical complications arise(requiring supplies not agreed on previously), there might be additional hospitalization expenses. Those will be paid directly to the medical facility.
If you change your mind about undergoing the procedure after your medical appointment in Argentina, we will search for other options; but if that is not possible, we will reimburse 50% of your total payment.

No, there is not. The face-to-face appointment with your healthcare professional is included in the total cost, more precisely within the first payment that is made before traveling to Argentina.
The healthcare facilities and the medical centers where the treatments and procedures are performed are private hospitals not owned by Fly to Doctor.
